• You are responsible for all code generated and actions taken in your workspaces
• You must not use the service for illegal purposes
• You must not attempt to abuse or exploit the AI systems

4. AI-Generated Content

Code and content generated by AI may contain errors or security vulnerabilities. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all AI-generated content before use in production.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all code you create using Sifr. We do not claim ownership of your code or content.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIFR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
